Approach life, situations, people, animals, call centre agents, mothers-in-law etc. with love, not fear in your heart, and your days will be more happy, your relationships more meaningful and your life more fulfilling. Sounds easy enough, doesn’t it? But days go by so quickly and we do feel angry, jealous, negative, impatient, bored and so on. We do feel like something’s missing. We do over-react, over-eat, drink too much or snap at our loved ones. We stay in jobs we hate. We watch too much tv. We are perfectly flawed beings and that’s ok! But things could be “better”. You can start to feel happier, more energised, more fulfilled… You CAN get closer to the person you want to be… How? By living your life through love, not fear. By knowing who you are, then discovering truthfully how you wish to spend your days, and then working on the attitudes and actions you need to build that life.
